The Colclough Touch Events & Design has a minimum order for all balloon designs. This does NOT include delivery, installation, pre-labor, and breakdown fees.

 

* Delivery Fee is determined by the location of the event.

* Installation and Pre-Labor Fee is billed by the hour. This service is based on the overall design and complication of the setup. This also includes the preparation of balloons and backdrops prior to set-up.

* Breakdown Fee- If you would like our team to come back and strike the balloon set-up there will be an additional charge.
